Q. How does Go2Knowledge work?

A. We set up a custom training site and send you the link which you can post to your faculty and staff portal or professional development website, email to faculty and staff or use during an in-service.


Q. How do faculty and staff view the trainings?

A. The training site is available to your entire faculty and staff, so they can take advantage of training opportunities anytime, anywhere. They can watch in the comfort of their home, their office or while traveling.


Q. How long is a typical training?

A. Most trainings are 90 minutes long.


Q. When are the trainings available and how often can we access them?

A. The trainings are available 24/7, and access is unlimited.


Q. Are the training materials (Powerpoints and handouts) available for download?

A. All of the materials used in the presentation are available. Simply click on the ATTACHMENTS link in the upper right-hand corner of the training window to view a list of materials. If you do not see a list, refresh your browser.


Q. Are certificates available upon completion?

A. Participants can print an individual certificate of completion for any workshop that they view, which can be included in their portfolio of work.


Q. Are reports available to track our institution's usage?

A. Institutions receive a report detailing usage to determine return on investment (ROI) and to verify individual participation/completion.
